Mix apple, cinnamon, and sugar.
Separate 4 biscuits from the can of dough and place the remaining biscuits back in the fridge.
Using a serrated knife, create a pocket horizontally, leaving 1/2 inch from the edge to form a pocket.
Spoon 2 tablespoons of the apple mixture in the center of each biscuit. Pinch biscuit edges to seal.
Shape each biscuit into a 2 1/2 x 3 1/2-inch oval. Brush biscuits on all sides with two tablespoons of melted butter.
Preheat the air fryer for 2 minutes at 350F.
Line the fry pot of your air fryer with a piece of parchment paper (cut it to fit) and brush or spray lightly with oil.
Load 2 to 3 biscuits into the fry pot. Cook for 5 minutes, then turn biscuits and cook for 4 minutes.
While the biscuits cook, make the glaze. In a medium-sized bowl, combine the powdered sugar, two tablespoons of melted butter, and milk, stirring until smooth.
Remove biscuits and drizzle with glaze and powdered sugar. Allow to cool and enjoy!
