Caramel Creamer

Ingredients

  • 2 cup Rice Milk, unsweetened
  • 2 Dates, pitted
  • 1/4 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 6 cup Water

Directions

Add 2 cups dates and 6 cups water to a medium saucepan over high heat. Bring mixture to a boil, then turn off the heat and allow to cool. Once cooled, blend ingredients together.

Add ¼ cup date mixture, rice milk, and vanilla extract to a blender and blend until smooth.

Transfer to a bottle or jar with an airtight lid and refrigerate for up to 1 week.
