Salted Caramel Latte

A delicious latte layered with homemade caramel cream — sound decadent? It is, but subbing our date-based Caramel Creamer for the heavy stuff puts it on the more wholesome end of the spectrum.

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup Espresso or Dark Roast Coffee, brewed from *K-Cup®
  • 1/2 cup Rice Milk, unsweetened – or other milk of choice
  • 1/4 cup Caramel Creamer
  • 1/8 tsp Salt

Directions

Warm the rice milk in a small saucepan on your stovetop and vigorously whisk until it reaches a frothy consistency.

Froth ¼ cup caramel creamer using the same technique.

In a mug, mix together 3 oz brewed coffee and rice milk, then top with the caramel creamer.
