Berry & Banana Steel Cut Oats

Bananas and berries come together in this fun and fruity bowl of morning oats — a perfect breakfast treat for kids and grownups alike.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Steel Cut Oats
  • 2 cup Almond Milk, unsweetened
  • 1 Banana – mashed
  • 2 tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 2 tbsp Maple Syrup
  • 1/2 cup Blueberries
  • 1 cup Strawberries – chopped

Directions

Add oats, almond milk, banana, chia, and maple syrup to the Cooking Pot. Select the OATS setting, close the lid, and set a timer for 20 minutes.

When the timer goes off, open the lid and stir in blueberries and strawberries. Close the lid to resume cooking for another 10 minutes.

Spoon the desired portion into a small bowl. Garnish with sliced strawberries, bananas, and/or a drizzle of almond butter.
