Salmon Burgers

We love serving these juicy salmon burgers on a bun, but they’re also great over salads, grain bowls, and other savory favorites. We recommend using an air fryer to get the burgers extra crispy, but you can also pan-fry or bake them for similar results.

Ingredients

  • 4 Salmon – 5-oz fillets, quartered
  • 3/4 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup Dill – fresh, packed
  • 1 Shallot – small, quartered
  • 1 tbsp Dijon Mustard
  • 1 Eggs, whole large
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper, ground

Directions

1

Add the dill and shallots to the Work Bowl and PULSE with the Chopping Blade 4 times for 1 second each pulse, until minced.

2

Add the salmon along with the remaining ingredients. PULSE 5 times for 2 seconds each pulse.

3

Transfer the salmon to the mixing bowl with the shallots and dill. Add the beaten egg and the remaining seasonings, and mix by hand, until the ingredients are fully combined.

4

Shape the mixture into four even patties.

5

Next, air-fry the patties. Add them to the air fryer basket and cook at 350°F for 4 minutes. Flip and cook on the other side for 3 minutes.

6

Remove and top with Broccoli Slaw with Red Cabbage & Carrots, avocado, and seasoned mayonnaise on a bun, or enjoy with your favorite salad or grain bowl.
