Mocha Peppermint Latte

Adding a cool dash of peppermint extract to the classic mocha is a very chill way to level up your coffee game. 

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup Espresso or Dark Roast Coffee, brewed from *K-Cup®
  • 1 cup Oat Milk, unsweetened – or milk of your choice
  • 2 tbsp Maple Syrup
  • 1 tbsp Cocoa Powder, unsweetened
  • 1/4 tsp Peppermint Extract

Directions

Combine oat milk, cocoa powder, and maple syrup together in a small saucepan over medium-low heat. Whisk vigorously until ingredients are fully combined, the mixture is warmed through, and the mix has reached a frothy consistency.

Pour 3 oz brewed coffee into a mug, then stir in peppermint extract. Combine with the frothed cocoa/milk mixture. Top with optional chocolate shavings, if desired.
