Pumpkin Pie Smoothie

Love it or hate it, pumpkin pie is inarguably the most iconic dessert on the Thanksgiving table. Our smoothie-fied version is creamy and sweet, with just enough spice to keep things interesting. It’s also loaded with good stuff like fiber, vitamin A, potassium, and magnesium. Sorry, we meant magnesi-YUM.

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup Pumpkin Puree, canned
  • 1 Banana
  • 1 cup Almond Milk, vanilla, unsweetened
  • 1 tbsp Almond Butter, no added salt
  • 2 tbsp Maple Syrup
  • 1/2 tsp Pumpkin Spice
  • 1 cup Ice

Directions

Add all ingredients to the blender cup and blend till smooth.

Garnish with candied pecans, whipped cream and pumpkin spice.
