Mac and Cheese Smoothie

Look, we get that this is a hard sell but remember when avocado toast seemed weird? Maybe this mac and cheese smoothie will become the next big food trend. If sipping seems extra, try it as fondue, or as a cheesy sauce for some pasta-on-pasta action.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Cashews, raw
  • 1/4 cup Nutritional Yeast
  • 1 tsp Dijon Mustard
  • 1/4 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 Garlic, clove
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper, ground
  • 2 tsp Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 cup Almond Milk, unsweetened
  • 1/4 cup Macaroni Noodles

Directions

Add all ingredients except macaroni to the blender cup and blend till smooth. Then add in macaroni and blend till desired consistency.

Garnish with breadcrumbs, macaroni, and parsley.
