Mashed Potato Smoothie

Creamy, smooth, easy to digest…mashed potatoes are basically already a smoothie. We just take it one step further on the texture front. If it helps to think of it as soup, by all means, think of it as soup. Just don’t knock it ‘til you try it.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cup Potato, cooked
  • 1/2 cup Greek Yogurt, plain, full-fat
  • 1 Garlic, clove
  • 2 tbsp Crispy Fried Onions
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric, ground
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper, ground
  • 1 tsp Olive Oil
  • 1/3 cup Almond Milk, unsweetened

Directions

Add all ingredients to the blender cup and blend till smooth.

Garnish with gravy and thyme.
