Beef, Potato, and Spinach

It’s a Sunday roast in purée form – a grownup meal for growing babies! Beef is a great source of iron, which babies start needing from external sources at 6 months of age. Blending it with other ingredients is a great way to introduce its texture to your little one.

Ingredients

  • 4 1 oz yields Beef, steak, tenderloin
  • 1/2 cup Potato
  • 1 tsp Olive Oil
  • 1/2 cup Spinach

Directions

1

Add beef and oil to the Work Bowl and add water to the Water Reservoir at the 10-minute line. Set the dial to the Steam setting. Once steaming is complete, allow ingredients to cool for 10 minutes.

2

Open the Work Bowl Lid and add potatoes and spinach. Add water to the Water Reservoir at the 15-minute line, turn the dial to the Auto setting, and run the program through completion.

3

Allow the purée to cool for 10 minutes before opening the Work Bowl.
