Black Bean Spread

A baby-friendly take on hummus, this bean purée is great on toast or baby crackers or mixed in with other blends. Black beans are also loaded with protein, fiber, and antioxidants, so you can feel good about letting your little one take a dip!

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 Black Beans, canned, low-sodium
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
