Broccoli, Spinach, and Carrot

With three all-star veggies in the mix, this purée is a nutritional triple threat. Once you make a salt-free baby version, feel free to mix in some veggie broth, salt, and spices to make a tasty, healthy grown-up soup! We love a double-duty recipe!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Carrot
  • 3 Broccoli, florets
  • 1/2 cup Spinach

Directions

Add all ingredients to the Work Bowl in the order listed.

Add water to the Water Reservoir at the 20-minute line and turn the dial to the Steam setting.

Once steaming is complete, turn the dial to the Blend/Pulse setting and run for 2-3 seconds.

Allow the purée to cool for 10 minutes before opening the Work Bowl.
