Carrot, Apple, and Cinnamon

Sweet and earthy with a little spice — there's nothing not to love about this nourishing mixture. Since it’s made with fruits and veggies, it’s great any time of day. It can also make a tasty topping for oats and pancakes when baby moves to more solid textures.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Carrot
  • 1/2 1 cup Apple, raw
  • 1/8 tsp Ground Cinnamon

Directions

Add all ingredients to the Work Bowl in the order listed.

Add water to the Water Reservoir at the 25-minute line and turn the dial to the Steam setting.

Once steaming is complete, turn dial to the Blend/Pulse setting and run for 2-3 seconds.

Allow the purée to cool for 10 minutes before opening the Work Bowl.
