Cheesy Cauliflower

Cheese and cauliflower – a match made in veggie heaven. Cauliflower is a cruciferous veggie that’s packed with fiber, vitamin K, and vitamin C. When your little one is ready for a heartier meal, add noodles to this puree to make a nutritious mac and cheese.


  • 2 cup chopped (1/2" pieces) Cauliflower, raw
  • 1/2 cup Cheddar Cheese



Add all ingredients to the Work Bowl in the order listed.


Add water to the Water Reservoir at the 10-minute line. Turn the dial to the Auto setting and run the program through completion.


Allow the purée to cool for 10 minutes before opening the Work Bowl.
