Chicken, Brown Rice, and Carrot

A protein, a grain, and a veggie — it’s a complete meal in baby-friendly form! This is one of those double-duty purees that’s made from ingredients that grown-ups love to eat, too. Two birds, one stone — winner, winner chicken dinner!

Ingredients

  • 85 g Chicken Breast
  • 1 tsp Olive Oil
  • 1/2 cup Carrot
  • 1/2 cup Brown Rice, cooked and cooled

Directions

Add chicken and oil to the Work Bowl and add water to the Water Reservoir at the 15-minute line. Turn the dial to the Steam setting. Allow the program to run, then let ingredients cool for 10 minutes.

Once the chicken has cooled, open the Work Bowl Lid, and add carrots and rice. Add water to the Water Reservoir at the 20-minute line. Turn the dial to the Auto setting and run the program through completion.

Allow the purée to cool for 10 minutes before opening the Work Bowl.
