Green Beans and Rice

Two classic dinner sides collide in one wholesome purée. Green beans are a great first veggie for babies since they’re mildly flavored and full of fiber, folate, vitamin A, and vitamin C – an essential nutrient that helps with iron absorption.


  • 1 cup Green Beans
  • 1/2 cup Brown Rice, cooked and cooled



Add all ingredients to the Work Bowl in the order listed.


Add water to the Water Reservoir at the 20-minute line.

Allow the purée to cool for 10 minutes before opening the Work Bowl.
