Sweet Potato, Carrot, and Beet

We’re rooting for this earthy, brightly-colored, vitamin-packed purée. It’s also a great way to warm your little one up to the idea of eating veggies, since each ingredient in this trio skews toward the sweet side.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Sweet Potato, raw
  • 1/4 cup Carrot
  • 1/4 cup Beet, raw

Directions

Add all ingredients to the Work Bowl in the order listed.

Add water to the Water Reservoir at the 25-minute line and turn the dial to the Steam setting.

Once steaming is complete, turn the dial to the Blend/Pulse setting and run for 4-5 seconds.

Allow the purée to cool for 10 minutes before opening the Work Bowl.
