Sweet Potato Puree

  • 1 cup Sweet Potato, raw

Directions

Turn the dial to the Blend/Pulse setting and run the blending program for 2 full intervals.

Add water to the Water Reservoir at the 25-minute line.

Set the dial to the Steam setting to begin the program. Once the steam cycle is complete, turn the dial to the Blend/Pulse setting and pulse for 4-5 seconds, until the purée reaches a smooth consistency.

Allow the purée to cool for 10 minutes before opening the Work Bowl.
