Yogurt and Berries

This is a sweet and tangy way to introduce dairy into your baby's diet. Opting for real fruit as a sweetener is a great choice over pre-sweetened yogurt, as it adds fiber and tons of nutrients to the mix. Swirl in some chia seeds for a boost of iron and omega-3’s.

  • 1 cup (8 fl oz) Yogurt, plain, whole milk
  • 3/4 cup Mixed Berries, frozen
  • 1/4 cup Banana, frozen
  • 1 tbsp Chia Seeds

Add all ingredients to the Work Bowl in the order listed.

Turn the dial to the Blend/Pulse setting and run the blending program for 2 full intervals.
