Kidney Bean, Sweet Potato, and Cinnamon

Whip up this sweet and nutty blend to feed your little one a hearty mix of complex carbohydrates, fiber, and plant protein. It’s also a good choice for self-feeding – just serve pre-loaded on a baby spoon or spread on top of baby crackers and let your cutie take it from there.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Sweet Potato, raw
  • 1/2 cup Beans, kidney, red, mature seeds, cooked, boiled, without salt
  • 1 tsp Olive Oil
  • 1/8 tsp Ground Cinnamon

Directions

Add all ingredients to the Work Bowl in the order listed.

Add water to the Water Reservoir at the 25-minute line and turn the dial to the Steam setting.

Once steaming is complete, turn the dial to the Blend/ Pulse setting and run for 4-5 seconds.

Allow the purée to cool for 10 minutes before opening the Work Bowl.
