Add oats and flax seed to the cup and run for one cycle to yield oat and flax flour.
After the oats and flax seeds have been grounded, add the remaining ingredients in the order listed and blend.
Shake if needed to distribute ingredients and blend again.
Heat a teaspoon of olive oil or avocado oil on a skillet over medium heat. Pour out 4" rounds of pancake batter, cook until bubbling and then flip.
