Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greens, Spring Mix
  • 2 pad Cactus, raw
  • 1/2 cup Pineapple, fresh
  • 1/3 cup Celery, raw
  • 1 tbsp Hemp Seeds
  • 2 Dates, pitted
  • 1/2 tsp Ground Cinnamon
  • 1 cup Coconut Water
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • 1/2 cup Ice
