Vegan Caesar Dressing

This vegan spin on Caesar dressing uses seaweed instead of
anchovies to achieve its distinctive briny flavor, letting you enjoy all the umami goodness in fully plant-based form.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Cashews, raw – unroasted, soaked for at least 2 hours
  • 2 Garlic, clove
  • 1 tbsp, drained Capers, canned
  • 1 tsp Capers, brine
  • 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 2 tsp Mustard
  • 1 cup Water
  • 3/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper, ground
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
  • 10 strip Seaweed, dried – crumbled

Directions
