Chocolate Mug Cake

Homemade chocolate cake in under 5 minutes, with no bulky mixer or egg beaters to clean? We're in!

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Almond Milk, unsweetened
  • 1/4 cup Raspberries
  • 2 tbsp Grapeseed Oil
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/4 cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 1/4 cup Cocoa Powder, unsweetened
  • 3 tbsp Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 tbsp Chocolate Chips

Directions

Add all ingredients, except for chocolate chips and salt, to the nutribullet ® Cup.

Blend ingredients until evenly mixed and divide the batter into two mini mugs (about ½ cup of batter per mug).

Divide chocolate chips between the mugs and stir to distribute. Microwave each mug for 1 minute.

Sprinkle with salt to finish.
