Escape to the tropics with this refreshing rum punch. This version uses fresh melon and cucumber, plus a little dash of coconut milk to achieve its distinctive mellow creaminess.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Cantaloupe
  • 1/2 cup Honeydew Melon
  • 1/4 cup Cucumber
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 2 fl oz Rum
  • 1/2 cup Coconut Milk, canned
  • 1 1/2 cup Ice
