Sesame Noodles

Nutty, salty, tangy, and just the right amount of sweet, the sesame sauce on these noodles hits just about every flavor note imaginable. Here, we include directions for serving it with noodles, but you can also toss it with crunchy shredded veggies or use it as a dip for rice paper spring rolls.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Egg noodles
  • 2 tablespoon Sesame oil
  • 3 tbsp Tahini
  • 2 tbsp Peanut Butter, creamy, unsalted
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 2 1/2 tbsp Maple Syrup
  • 1 tablespoon Chinese black vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Vinegar, rice
  • 1/4 cup Water
  • 2 tbsp Water

Nice to Haves

  • Sichuan Peppercorn Oil

Directions

Boil water and cook noodles according to package directions.

While the noodles cook, add all remaining ingredients to the Single-Serve Cup, twist on the Extractor Blade, and blend using the DRESSING program, or on LOW, until smooth.

Drain noodles and top with desired amount of sauce. Store any leftover sauce in an airtight container and store in the refrigerator.
