Preheat oven to 400°F.

Toss onion, garlic, and jalapeño in olive oil and spread on a baking sheet. Roast for 10 minutes, then allow to cool for another 10 minutes.

Attach the Pitcher to the Motor Base. Add the roasted vegetables along with remaining ingredients to the Pitcher and PULSE 8 times, until ingredients are broken down, but still moderately textured.
