Lime Juice - fresh

Tequila - mezcal

1 1/2 fl oz

Cointreau

3 tbsp

Honey

Ice - divided

A little sweet, a little smokey, this frozen cocktail understands the power of a little mystery. Who knew melon could be so alluring?

Directions

Add the melon, lime juice, Cointreau, and honey to the Pitcher, along with 2 cups of ice. Attach the lid and lock the Pitcher onto the motor base.

Start the blender on the LOW speed. Once ingredients are mostly combined, briefly switch to HIGH to finish blending.

Add the final cup of ice and blend on high, until smooth.

Rim a glass with lime juice and salt, if desired, then pour in your cocktail. Garnish with mint, small slices of melon, melon balls, or lime slices.

Note: Freeze melon chunks beforehand to get a frostier consistency.
