3 tbsp

Maple Syrup

1 cup, fluid (yields 2 cups whipped)

Add all ingredients into the magic bullet Pitcher and attach the lid. Load and lock the Pitcher onto the motor base.

First, pulse ingredients 4 times to begin breaking down. Next, blend on LOW until ingredients start to come together, stopping to scrape down the sides of the blender if any ingredients get stuck. Add 1/8 cup water if needed. Once ingredients are mostly combined, switch the speed to HIGH until mixture is completely smooth.

Pour into an airtight, freezer-safe container and freeze for at least 4 hours.

When ready to serve, use an ice cream scoop to transfer gelato to a bowl. Garnish with your favorite toppings, if desired, and enjoy!
