Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp chopped Shallots – roughly chopped
  • 1 tsp Ginger, fresh – peeled, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Olive Oil
  • 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 4 ml White wine vinegar – (1/4 cup)
  • 1/4 cup Maple Syrup
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 3/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
