This vibrant, flavorful stir-fry brings together crispy tofu, fresh vegetables, and aromatic Chinese 5-spice for a quick, satisfying meal that’s perfect for any night.

Prepare the vegetables. Attach the slice disc to the nutribullet Ultra Plus+ Food Processor and slice the carrot, celery, mushrooms, red bell pepper, and broccoli florets. Set aside in a large bowl.
Heat a wok or skillet over medium-high heat. Add 1 tablespoon of oil at a time and sauté the tofu cubes until golden and crispy, about 2 minutes. Remove and set aside.
Add 2 more tablespoons of oil to the skillet and stir-fry the vegetables over high heat for 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
Return the tofu to the wok. Add the 5-spice powder, soy sauce, Shaoxing wine, and salt. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.
Serve the stir-fry hot and garnish as desired.
