Add all the ingredients to the blender. Pulse a few times to begin breaking down the frozen fruit.
Insert the tamper through the lid opening and use it to help move the mixture toward the blades.
Blend on LOW to MEDIUM until the mixture is thick, smooth, and evenly blended.
Spoon into a bowl and top with toasted coconut, chopped nuts, and fresh fruit.
