Add all ingredients to the blender in the order listed.

Blend on LOW until the mixture is smooth and even.

Pour batter into a 9” parchment-lined loaf pan.

Bake at 350°F for 40 minutes. Insert a toothpick to ensure the cake is cooked through before removing to cool.
