Ingredients

raspberries, frozen

1/2 cup

water

2 tbsp

lime juice

3 tbsp

agave nectar

2 tbsp

honey

1 tsp

vanilla extract

Bright, tangy, and sweet, this raspberry sorbet makes a refreshingdessert any time of year. Enjoy its tart berry flavor on its own orpaired alongside dark chocolate or cream-based treats.

Directions

In a blender, purée the raspberries and water until smooth.

Press the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve; discard the seeds.

Return the purée to the blender cup and add the lime juice, agave, honey, and vanilla. Blend until fully combined.

Pour the mixture into the nutribullet Chill™ Pint Cup and cover with the Lid. Freeze for 24 hours.

When ready to process, uncover the Pint Cup and twist the Blade Block into place.

Attach the Pint Cup to the Motor Base and twist to engage.

Select the SORBET setting and press the center START button.

When the program finishes, press the Release button and twist off the Blade Block. Serve immediately or store in the freezer.
