Ingredients

2/3 cup

unsweetened coconut yogurt

2/3 cup

unsweetened almond milk

3/4 cup

frozen mixed berries

1/4 cup

agave nectar

Love frozen yogurt but can’t hang with dairy? This plant-based fro-yo uses cashew-coconut yogurt for its creamy base and folds in mixed berries for fruity flavor.

Directions

Purée all ingredients in a blender until smooth.

Pour the mixture into the Chill cup and cover. Freeze for 24 hours.

When ready to process, uncover the vessel and twist the blade block into place.

Attach the vessel to the base of the Chill and twist to engage.

Select the Frozen Yogurt setting and press the center Start button.

When the program finishes, press the release button and twist off the blade block. Serve immediately.
