This custard-style ice cream is inspired by Italian pastry cream, with a rich flavor and exceptionally creamy texture that pairs perfectly with just about any sweet treat.

Blend milk, cream, egg yolk, sugar, lemon juice & salt for 10 seconds.
In a saucepan, add mixture and dissolve sugar.
Cool mixture in fridge; add cooled mixture and remaining ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
Pour the mixture into the nutribullet Chill™ Pint Cup and cover with the Lid. Freeze for 24 hours.
When ready to process, uncover the Pint Cup and twist the Blade Block into place.
Attach the Pint Cup to the Motor Base and twist to engage.
Select the ICE CREAM setting and press the center START button.
When the program finishes, press the Release button and twist off the Blade Block. Serve immediately or store in the freezer.
NEVER use the nutribullet Cup to blend hot, warm, or carbonated ingredients. DO NOT blend for more than one minute when using the nutribullet Cup.
