Ingredients

2

raw beets - small, scrubbed and halved

4

celery - stalks, quatered

2 cup

2

fresh ginger - 2" pieces

2 cup

coconut water

The beets in this recipe give this otherwise golden juice its deep red color, but the flavors of pineapple, celery, and ginger still shine bright.
