Product Care

We recommend washing the blade by hand with warm soapy water immediately after use. You can use a brush to reach hard to reach areas. The cups and accessories are top shelf dishwasher safe. The motor base should be unplugged and wiped clean with a warm soapy cloth. We do not recommend washing the blade or motor base in the dishwasher. See product care videos here.

Adding more liquid will help. For the best consistency, we recommend adding ingredients in this order: (1) greens (2) fruits (3) powders, seeds, nut butters (4) liquids (5) ice

Blending creates pressure inside the cup to break down ingredients. Make sure not to fill past the max line. The longer your blend cycle is on, the longer pressure builds inside the cup. An alternative is blending multiple times in shorter cycles.

Hot ingredients like coffee or carbonated ingredients like soda should never be blended in the NutriBullet. The ingredients can build up pressure and cause damage to the components and even cause injury.

Each NutriBullet has its own blade and cup that is designed to specifically for each model. Using the wrong parts and accessories can lead to increased wear and tear. See compatible accessories at here.

Yes they are BPA free.

No, the NutriBullet cups are not microwave or freezer safe. We do not recommend freezing the cups as this can make the cups brittle and they could crack.

We recommend replacing blades every 6 months.

The gasket is not designed to be removed and therefore are not replaceable. The gaskets are deep-seated, and factory sealed in the blade housing. The sealed gasket helps with cleaning and keeps food particles on the surface. We recommend replacing the entire blade after 6 months or as needed for optimal performance. If a gasket becomes worn, torn or loose, it may also be time to get a new blade.

We recommend adding 1-3 servings of your desired supplement per blend, according to personal tastes and preferences.

Beginning with the purchase date, the credit card used during checkout will be automatically charged on the same day each month until you adjust or cancel your subscription. Your product(s) will be shipped once your credit card has been charged. There are no commitments, modify or adjust your future orders at any time in your account or by contacting support. Our supplement blends use whole food ingredients to provide an extra boost of nutrition without the use of excipients or fillers; however, dietary supplements are not generally formulated for those under 18 years of age. It is best to consult with your child's physician before including the blends in his/her diet.

While our supplements use whole food ingredients without excipients or fillers, some are dietary supplements and are not generally advised during pregnancy and lactation. Please consult with your doctor before adding to your diet if you are pregnant or nursing.

Yes, you may mix different blends into your blasts—in fact, we encourage it! Our products contain many different ingredients, including many with functional attributes, so combining them in your smoothie will increase the benefits you'll receive. We recommend limiting 3 blends since adding too many might result in less-than delicious flavor combinations.

All of our SuperFood blends are Certified Organic, Vegan, and, of course, all use non-GMO ingredients!

Only SuperFood SuperBoost is Certified Gluten-Free by the Gluten Intolerance Group. Our other SuperFood products, while made with ingredients that are naturally free of gluten, are not Certified Gluten-Free.

To maintain freshness, we recommend you tightly seal your supplements and store them in a cool, dry, dark place. For best results, consume within one month after opening. Our products have undergone stability testing for shelf-life and all remain great for over 1 year unopened.

Yes, we test every batch that is manufactured with a robust quality assurance program that goes even beyond what the FDA cGMP regulation requirements are for safety. NutriBullet's SuperFood blends meet the highest quality standards and we follow the California’s Proposition 65 regulations and state warnings.

Warranty

Registering your warranty helps us determine if your unit is authentic and assist with warranty service. Please note that we will still require your serial number and model number for verification, as well as your proof of purchase if you haven't already submitted it.

You will need your warranty registration card or the 15 digit serial number located on the sticker beneath the motor base (between the feet) as well as your proof of purchase, showing purchase date, item purchased and seller name.

The serial number is on a white sticker, under the barcode under the power base. It is also on the warranty card that came with your product.

The serial number will have a series of numbers and may include 1 or 2 letters. Please be sure not to confuse the letter I for the number 1 or the letter S for the number 5. If this is not the case, please contact our customer service for further assistance.
