Honey Mustard Dressing

Homemade salad dressings may seem intimidating to make, but they’re actually incredibly easy to whip up. They’re not only void of additives and stabilizers that you often find in store-bought varieties, but they’re also more cost-effective. Once you try and taste a homemade dressing – like this honey mustard one – you may never reach for the bottled dressing again.

  • 7/8 cup Whole Grain Dijon Mustard
  • 2 tbsp Vinegar, apple cider
  • 2 tbsp Vinegar, white wine
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 1 cup Olive Oil

Add ingredients to the pitcher in the order listed and cover with the pitcher lid.

Begin on LOW until liquid is incorporated into the mixture, then switch to HIGH until smooth, about one minute.
