Lucky Shamrock Smoothie

Ingredients
- 1 cup Spinach
- 1 Banana, frozen
- 1/2 cup Vanilla Ice Cream – or a plant-based vanilla ice cream of choice
- 1/4 tsp Peppermint Extract
- 1 tbsp Cacao Nibs
- 1 cup Almond Milk, unsweetened
- 1/2 cup Ice
- 1/4 cup Whipped Cream – optional topping
Directions

Add all ingredients, except for the cacao nibs and whipped cream, and blend until smooth.

Pour into a glass and top with whipped cream, cacao nibs, and optional green sprinkles.
