Cucumber Dill Dressing

We’re obsessed with this fresh, bright, creamy dressing. Drizzle it over salads, grain bowls, salmon, chicken, falafel...basically anything you want to taste more delicious (which is pretty much everything).

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Greek Yogurt, plain, full-fat
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1/3 Persian Cucumber
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
  • 4 Dill – sprigs
  • 2 leaves mint, fresh

Directions

Add all ingredients in order listed and run a full blend cycle. Run a second time, if needed.
