Powerful performance, creamy perfection. The nutribullet Chill™ is designed to deliver creamier results, faster than other ice cream makers*. This modern, countertop-friendly frozen dessert machine includes 5 delicious preset programs for ice cream, sorbet, gelato, smoothie bowls, and frozen yogurt, transforming everything from traditional cream and sugar to high-protein smoothies into smooth, frosty, scoopable treats.*Based on testing vs a comparable class of ice cream makers.
To use the nutribullet Chill™, prepare your dessert base in the Pint Cup, twist on a Pint Cup Lid, and freeze for at least 24 hours. Then, place the cup in the machine and select your preferred program. For step-by-step guidance, refer to the nutribullet Chill™ User Guide.
The nutribullet Chill™ has 5 programs for frozen desserts:
Ice Cream – Makes classic creamy ice cream.
Sorbet – Turns fresh fruit into smooth, refreshing sorbet.
Smoothie Bowl – Churns blended smoothies into a scoopable frozen treat.
Frozen Yogurt – Makes sweet, tangy fro-yo from Greek or flavored yogurt.
After freezing your recipe for 24 hours, churning takes 3 to 4 ½ minutes, depending on the program you select.
360DoubleCream™ Blade Technology features a four-edge blade with dual rotation, churning ingredients from all angles. This creates creamier frozen desserts faster than traditional ice cream makers.*
If your dessert seems dry or crumbly, stir the mixture, then run it through a second cycle on the Ice Cream program. This helps achieve a smoother, creamier texture.
Add mix-ins after churning. Adding them before processing can affect texture and may damage the machine.
If you have enough leftovers to reach the minimum fill line, condense the mixture towards the bottom of the cup, refreeze for 24 hours, then re-churn on the same program for fresh results.
Each program includes a different blade "path," where the blade stops and starts periodically as it lifts and lowers in the Pint Cup, to create its specific texture. For all programs, the blade will pause when it reaches the top of the cup to change its spin direction before moving back downward.
All removable parts – cup, blade block, blade shaft, and storage lids – are top-rack dishwasher-safe or can be hand-washed. Never submerge the Motor Base; wipe with a clean, damp cloth to remove residue.
If you eat frozen desserts regularly and care about what goes into them, yes. Store-bought pints often rely on stabilizers, gums, and added sugar, while a machine like the nutribullet Chill™ lets you control every ingredient, from the type of milk to the amount of sugar. It also opens up sorbet, gelato, frozen yogurt, and smoothie bowls from the same base recipe. For anyone making frozen treats even a couple of times a month, the Chill™ pays off quickly.
No, you can make no-churn ice cream by whipping cream and folding in condensed milk, then freezing it. The trade-off is texture and your manual effort. Without churning, the mixture freezes into larger ice crystals, so the result tends to be denser and icier, and getting it even close to smooth means whipping by hand and stirring the mixture every 30 to 45 minutes as it freezes. That can be exhausting. The nutribullet Chill™ does that work for you. Prep your base, freeze for 24 hours, then let 360DoubleCream™ Blade Technology churn from all angles for a smoother, creamier, scoopable texture in minutes.
Each batch makes one 16oz pint, churned right in the Pint Cup you froze it in. That's roughly two to three servings per pint, depending on scoop size. The Chill™ comes with two Pint Cups, so you can keep a second base frozen and ready to churn as soon as the first is done. Since each batch starts from a single cup, it's easy to make different flavors back to back rather than committing a whole large batch to one recipe.
Yes. The nutribullet Chill™ works with high-protein bases like protein powder blended into milk, Greek yogurt, or cottage cheese, so you can turn a protein shake into a scoopable frozen treat. Blend your base (you can do this directly in the Pint Cup if you have the nutribullet Turbo, nutribullet Ultra, or nutribullet SmartSense Blender), freeze in the Pint Cup for 24 hours, then run the Ice Cream or Frozen Yogurt program. If the first cycle comes out dry or crumbly, stir and run it through a second cycle for a creamier result.
