McKenzie Jones

McKenzie is Registered Dietitian Nutritionist for nutribullet who aims to make the world a healthier, happier place. She believes that living a healthy lifestyle and eating for your health isn't meant to be complicated -- it's meant to be simple, enjoyable, and judgment-free (with room for dessert). When she’s not dishing out nutrition tidbits, you can find McKenzie visiting her local farmers market, hiking her favorite trails with her husband, and chasing after her daughters.

You may be trying to entertain your little ones while on a conference call or have adopted the role of “teacher” overnight. The kids may be getting past the point of stir-crazy and well beyond your usual limits of screen time. If you feel like you’re burning the candle at both ends and or could use a helping hand, we totally get it. And we want to help.

That’s why we’ve developed these fun and educational activities designed for kids (or kids at heart) because, sometimes, we all need a break. We hope these handouts help keep your little ones entertained and give you some well-deserved time to catch your breath.

To access the coloring pages, mazes, and more, simply click on the links in the titles below. From there, you can download and print out the activity pages for your kids to enjoy!

Keep your little one preoccupied with this healthful word search. While we make no guarantees, it may even inspire them to ask for cauliflower or squash on their dinner plate.

Strawberry Banana Smoothie Maze

Help strawberry, banana, and milk navigate the maze and find their way to the nutribullet. Delicious and nutritious smoothie recipe included!

Name the Fruit or Vegetable

Time to put on those thinking caps! Try to guess the fruit or vegetable, based on a couple of clues.

Finish the Word

Fill in the blanks to reveal the names of some of our favorite fruits.

If these have been helpful, please let us know! Connect with us on social at @nutribullet and share your kiddo’s creations. We love hearing from our community and connecting with you all. We’re all in this together, even though we’re apart.
