The "nutribullet® Portable Sweepstakes", hereinafter refferred to as "sweepstakes", is organized by De'Longhi Appliances S.r.l, hereinafter referred to as "organizer".

By entering the Sweepstakes, Participants will be deemed to have agreed to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

This sweepstakes is aimed at final consumers registered for the sweepstakes during the Event Period through the online e-commerce website nutribullet.com/en

Consumers can enter the sweepstakes free of charge through the website nutribullet.com/en/nutribullet-portable-contest

The sweepstakes is open to legal residents of Germany, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, France, Sweden, Denmark, Greece, Croatia, and Slovenia.

Sweepstakes Prize Description

There will be 100 prizes awarded as part of the Sweepstakes.

The prize consists of one nutribullet® branded backpack, with the following features:

- water-repellent material

- 16L capacity

- roll top fastening with black metal snap

- hook back pocket for 15" laptop

- front pocket with concealed zip front

- laser engraved "nutribullet®" logo

To redeem the prize, purchase of at least one promoted products is required.

The prize cannot be exchanged for cash, is not transferable to any other person, and no cash or other alternative arrangements will be offered.

How to enter the Sweepstakes

To participate in the sweepstakes and have the chance to win a backpack, entrants must follow the following steps during the sweepstakes period:

1. Entrants must visit the Sweepstakes website at nutribullet.com/????/nutribullet-portable-contest

2. Entrants must be subscribed to nutribullet® newsletter, by filling the registration form with their own personal data (first name, last name, e-mail address)

3. By completing the Sweepstakes form, Entrants accept the Terms and Conditions of the Competition.

Method of Prize Award

The Sweepstakes organizer will award prizes to 5 Entrants every day until 31/12/2023. Winners will be selected at random from among all eligible entries received and will receive a coupon code to purchase at least one Promoted Product and redeem the prize (one free backpack) with their purchase.

For the whole duration of the competition, each Entrants can participate to only one draw. For avoidance of doubts, Entrants may not enter multiple times using multiple accounts. Only valid entries received during the Sweepstakes period will be considered.

Notification to the winners

Winners will be notified of their win by an email sent to the email address provided during registration. A unique coupon code, needed to redeem the prize on the organizer ecommerce website nutribullet.com/en-it, will be shared in the email.

By applying the coupon code at checkout with the purchase of at least one Promoted Product, the prize (nutribullet® backpack) will be automatically added to the cart.

The prize will be sent to the winners together with the purchase of the Promoted Product.

The coupon code shared with the winners is unique, can only be used once and is valid for up to 7 days after the winners notification date (which is to say the email delivery date).

If any potential winner within seven (7) days of first notification attempt do not use the coupon code, the prize will be forfeited and no compensation will be paid.

The organizer shall not be liable to any winner with whom contact cannot be made due to:

(i) incorrect or incomplete details having been provided at registration;

(ii) the winner's mailbox being full, blacklisted or no longer active;

(iii) the notification email being deemed to be spam and thus not reaching the winner's email account or being directed into the junk folder of the winner's email account;

(iv) the notification e-mail is not received for any other reasons

Personal Data

Entrants must consent to the processing of your personal data by De'Longhi Appliances S.r.l., for the purposes of marketing, including profiled marketing (sending promotional communications relating to products, events, services in line with your preferences, also based on the analysis of your buying habits and choices) as indicated in the Privacy Policy.

By providing your consent you authorise De'Longhi Appliances S.r.l. to:

a. Send you commercial proposals in line with your preferences, based on the analysis of your purchasing habits and choices, promotional and commercial communications on sales promotions, carried out using automated contact methods (e-mail, SMS, social media and other mass messaging tools, etc.) or traditional contact methods (e.g. telephone call with operator) or for market research or surveys;

b. to provide you with personalised content and offers on the Site / Applications in which you may be interested.

This data may include:

- Data you provide to us by registering on the nutribullet® Website such as: your name, email address, physical address, country, telephone number;

-Data obtained from your interactions with De 'Longhi, particularly through De 'Longhi's digital channels such as social media, websites and apps. This data may include: IP address, cookies, location details and websites visited.

General

The Organizer reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, extend or suspend this Sweepstakes or these Sweepstakes Rules should (in its sole discretion) virus, bugs, non- authorized human intervention, fraud or other causes beyond its reasonable control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes.

Upon suspension or cancellation of the Sweepstakes, the Organizer cannot be held liable for any expenses incurred or damages suffered, whether direct, indirect, consequential or inconsequential, and shall not be obliged to organize any alternative Sweepstakes or offer any alternative prize.

The Organizer is not responsible for any technical problems or human error that may result in an entry not being received or being lost or damaged or for any destruction or alteration of, or unauthorized access to registrations and entries.

The Organizer will share the prize redemption coupon to the winners everyday during the event duration.

Participation in the Sweepstakes implies unconditional and complete acceptance of all the Terms and Conditions of these rules.

Revocation of the promise or change in the manner of performance

The Organizer reserves the right to change, even partially and at any time, the Terms & Conditions for participation in this Sweepstakes, giving adequate notice, without introducing any detrimental changes and safeguarding the rights already acquired by the Entrants.

The Organizer will not be responsible for any technical errors or problems that may prevent participation in the Sweepstakes or the drawing of the winner.
